At Mount Paragliding, we want you to soar with confidence in your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unused equipment in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our flight support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all safety tags, manuals, and certification documents are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Basecamp

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
